She was very unprofessional. I could see my husband getting frustrated and when I said something, she let me know she was frustrated to. She then told him he needed to respond because she believed he should be hearing at that level. He asked for water and she told him no. She basically accused him of faking his hearing loss. Really!!?? He has hearing aids for a reason! Do not go here!!!!!
