Elite Conditioning class on Saturday at 9am it’s absolutely amazing! You basically burned lots of calories in 45min session to enjoy your weekend just after. Ben and Natalia are perfect combination! They looked after your posture, give us clearly explanation and in the same time are energetic and bring you motivation that you need to keep going. Love the app that the gym provides helping me know how many people are in the gym. Great staff and all at a good price. I've used the recovery room and find it to be so relaxing and helpful with my rest days. Would recommend this gym over others.
I joined this gym a week ago, and I’m really impressed The range of machines is excellent, and everything is well maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly and always available to help. They made my first week enjoyable and motivating. Highly recommend!
Great gym, good trainers and good vibes. I've deduced one point for the parking which needs work and the trainer's microphone in the Neon Room which needs replacing. Other than that, it's pretty good.
