Extremely poor. My autistic son went here with friends for a casual session and ended up being signed up for a membership. He raised the ongoing deductions with me after a period of time and after contacting them, they immediately cancelled the membership, which was good. However, I requested they review and refund the membership deductions as he clearly did not know what he was signing, which would have been obvious when speaking with him, and that he had only attended one session since 'joining'. Really good gym. Heaps of equipment, massive space. One membership gets you into both gyms (a third one is on its way), unlike WG.
Awesome selection of equipment, it's got everything you need and more, simply amazing atmosphere and vibe. I wish I could rate this gym more than 5 stars 💪🏻
