Unable to service my location. Very sweet receptionist. Gave me several options and wished my baby the best.
Dr. Heydt and Melissa were great. Reasonable pricing and my cat Cutie Pie loved them. And she's a scaredy Cat.
Service was great. Arrived to my home on time. Very professional. My cat came right to them and she doesn't go to strangers. They had a plan to examine her in a bathroom so she couldn't run and hide. They had treats so they won her over. They gave her the rime she needed and then did her exam. Very convenient when my cat will not go in a crate. We would both be stressed just to go and get updated vaccinations. This was the way to go...I wasn't stressed at all...lol! I'll definitely be calling on them again next year.
Got a new puppy and scheduled a mobile visit for him and another dog. Not dealing with driving plus multiple waiting rooms is so convenient, plus the dogs loved it. I particularly like how the pricing/service is very transparent. I knew everything before they showed up.
