The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered a costume on 10-15 and entered into a agreement with a receipt of goods in 5-7 days. After nothing arrived at 8 days I spent over 2 hours on hold, to be lied to, hung up on, laughed at, and finally told that they had updated there website to reflect orders would take 3 additional days, this website modification being after my order and our agreement and coming at the cost of my toddler's ability to wear his costume for the town parade. My order took a long time to ship, came with incorrect pieces for my son's Darth Vader costume. Had to send it back after dealing with customer service for 30 minutes, they said a new costume would be sent out immediately. Had to call back because it had been so long to find out if they received my return and if a new one was in the mail. They confirmed a new one would be sent however they sent me an email a few days later saying my order was canceled due to not having the costume in stock. Not recommended. This company is very poorly run. I ordered an item, it never arrived, and they never let me know that the item was out of stock. Customer service and communication are non-existent. The products are cheaply made, and over-priced.
