Chase is a true gentleman. I got a new unit put in at the end of May. It stopped working 2 weeks ago and even after 3 service calls with the company that installed it they couldn’t figure it out. Chase could sense my distress and said he wouldn’t leave until he had a solution. He had everything working in under an hour and stayed longer than he needed to make sure the air was cold. I’m very grateful for this company.
