I have been banking with Chasewood since 1983. They have amazing Customer Service. Courtesy, helpful, professional and always helpful.
I've been with this bank for over 29 years. You will not find a better bunch of people that care about customers. I've known several customers that have been loyal for over 20 years. Chasewood bank is truly a neighborhood bank, unlike corporate and branch banks. Highly recommend this bank
Very horrible bank customer service are rude and very unhelpful.
They don't cash checks written by there own customers. All banks honor they're own checks.
