Strange business model. Chasewood will not cash a check from their own account holder that is written to a non-account holder. We’ve lived in the neighborhood for 21 years and are with Capital One, but they’ve closed many branches and we are actually looking for a new bank. I guess we can cross Chasewood off our list!
