Had an appointment to view homes this past Saturday. Not sure if my family looked too poor to purchase a home or if the woman was not interested in taking us on a tour but the first thing I was told is that the listing shows the homes at prices much lower than actual cost. She then went on to tell me that 500-550 was way too low of a price point to expect to pay but we could look anyway. We looked at the home and it was gorgeous. We just completed the construction process with Pulte Homes and we are extremely satisfied with how our new construction turned out. Diane Cortez, the Sales Manager, made my fiance and I feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Throughout the process, Diane was both communicative and dedicated to our case. The Construction Manager, Mike Schmidt, is a true professional, you can tell that he's quite experienced and puts his heart into each home. I would recommend Pulte to both friends and family.
