I contacted Chase The Plumber at noon on a Friday. They answered immediately and said they would send someone out. Thomas called and verified that 3:30pm would work. He arrived RIGHT ON TIME! They did great work and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend, and I'll definitely call them the next time I need a plumber.
Chase and his team saved us $8k. Everyone else kept quoting the need for a new septic system sight unseen. We had a clogged pipe that Chase and his team cleared in minutes. It is so refreshing to actually be listened to. I cannot say enough good things about Chase the Plumber.
