Chase was great and very detailed in his explanation on the water heater damage. Gave me multiple options to fix that fit my budget.
Chase came same day that I called on a Saturday, did not charge me to look at my problem (water in air vents) we have an appointment set up for al eak detection guy to come out Monday, overall a very positive experience. I will update this post again once we get the issue identified and resolved. Edit April 30th: I forgot to update so I can't give details but I will say chase's guys got me fixed and under budget! Outstanding professional service from Chase The Plumber. Woke up and found a wet carpet in a back room. Chase was the only plumber to come out that day. Not only did they find the leak, they were able to correct the problem and update some of the connections to prevent additional problems in the future. Very upfront with what needed to be done and gave an estimated cost prior to starting and actually finished under the estimate cost! Great team!
