If I could give them zero stars, I would. Scheduled my jeep to go in to have a rear caliper and both rear brake lines replaced. Was quoted ~$300. Picked it up the next morning and bill was $507. His response, well the caliper you brought in was the wrong one so we bought the right one, they're only about $40. Sos instead of calling and saying hey, this isn't the correct caliper, how would you like us to proceed he chose to just buy one and put it on the vehicle. I will never use them for repair on my honda accord again. Because they charged me$ 800.00 to replace my fuel pump. The fuel pump was $426.00 . They charged me $400.00 labor. It took the mechanic 30 minutes to replace the fuel pump. Nobody charges 400.00 for 30 minutes of labor. I would not recommend them .
Any time I have to get something checked out on my vehicle. I take it to this shop everyone here knows what’s has to be done. The Mechanic’s are very good at their job and very knowledgeable and professional at getting it done right. They will explain the details.
Chase Tire & Auto is always there when I need them!! Tires, rotation, repairs or new sensors or just low pressure! Josh is knowledgeable and can answer all of your questions!! They are quick to get me in when I’m in a bind! (MP)
