Have used Chases for 12 years and am quite satisfied with their service. Mostly we have had to replace a pool pump motor, but we also had to have a pool pump timer fixed and leaking pipes replaced. What I most like about them is that they are usually able to come to our aid faster then other services.

Chase's Pool Services & Supplies | 4110 Bee Ridge Rd, Sarasota, FL 34233 | (941) 371-3852 I have not used this service for our pool, but I have a great concern about the character of the employees. This week, the first week of school, on multiple occasions, we have watched the driver of a large truck with Chase’s Pool Services all over it - fly down our residential streets. Absolutely disgusting individuals working for this company. Some drunk looking lady blows through stop signs and speeds recklessly through our residential neighborhood week after week. I am sure there are companies out there that have employees that respect their surroundings and people they serve.

I have a rental house the owner pays for the pool service, after two weeks of no service the pool started to turn green. We called over and over to get it taken care of. While out of town I asked my Mom to make sure they came to clean the pool. They were not honest about what happen when they did show up. The pool cleaner showed up screaming that we almost got her fired and never to call the office again, she dumped two bag of shock all in one area and it sat there and bleached that spot on the bottom of the pool.
