If you're considering Chase Roofing, ask yourself one question: What happens if there's a problem after they've been paid? Chase Roofing was hired for a new roof installation and paid the contract in full in July 2025 and still waiting for them to honor a contract stating the roof would have ALL shingles in a matching color. I had an outstanding experience with Chase Roofing & Masonry from start to finish. The entire team was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and kept me updated throughout the project. The workmanship was top-notch. They paid attention to every detail, kept the job site clean, and completed the work exactly as promised. DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST STEALING COMPANY!!! SAID THEY USED 1600 SQ FT OF PLYWOOD 50 SHEETS ON A 676 SQ FT SECTION! THE SIDE THAT TOBBY OR DAN OR TYLER COSTELLO WHATEVER HIS NAME IS SAID THEY REPLACED WITH THE SAID 50 SHEETS I HAVE 3 DIFFERENT SOFT SPOTS 🤔 AND THE CAP ISNT RIGHT EITHER.
