Eric and his team were outstanding from start to finish. Eric was always available to answer my calls and questions, and his communication throughout the entire project was excellent. Anthony, his lead technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and worked incredibly hard to get everything done right. They repaired our sewer line and resolved an ongoing toilet issue. I had a blocked kitchen sink in the house in Orinda the day before Thanksgiving. Not good. I called them and received an immediate response. They set up an appointment that morning and when the man appeared he quickly used his power snake to clear the line. No hassles, no problems. I would happily use them again.
