I have worked with Jacari for 5 months now and my fitness level has skyrocketed! I came in pretty fit so every additional gain felt hard to reach, but Jacari’s expertise has me growing each month. The gym is always clean and I feel motivated every time I go!

10/10 make sure you book for a recovery session. My legs felt like noodles but after my recovery session which included hands on stretching & a deep tissue massage (with massage gun). Jacari is very good at making you feel relaxed, while also pulling you out of your comfort zone.

Real personable, works with you from whatever level of fitness you are at and helps you to reach your goals. Keeps you accountable for the goals that you set for yourself . Gives you a meal plan and workouts for your off days. I am so happy with the improvement that I am seeing in my body and how I am getting stronger. And encourages you when you want to stop.
