This company employs the services of “Parking Solutions” (their reviews are even worse than Chasebrooks if you can believe it) for some of the properties they manage. Parking Solutions is a predatory booting and towing operation which has received a “F” rating by the Better Business Bureau and failed to respond to a request from the BBB in July 2019 to adjust their predatory practice. I cannot support a company that would chose to employ the services of such an unethical and predatory company.

I will not support any company that encourages/supports predatory business practices. Do not shop at 4th south market until they stop doing business with Parking Solutions. I was told by the man that booted my car that he just sits there and waits for people to walk over to a business near by, he said that maybe the business will learn their lesson if enough of their patrons complain about the tickets. He also told me that people park there to use the train but he doesn't go after them as often.

These guys manage the 4th south market and its parking lot, using a company called parking solutions. Operating dishonestly and encouraging misconduct in order to ticket patrons. I’ve contacted them to try and settle my case out of court and of course they did not respond. Poor management and company. Don’t do business with them
