In the past I felt that I was given a fair price for the scrap I brought to Chase. The last two visits proved to be different.The first time some of the scrap was not added to the list to bring to the cashier. I had to go back to the scale person and have the omitted scrap added to the list. The last visit the same thing happened. When I went back to have it added, it was but at a less weight than the scrap actually was and a lower grade was assigned to that scrap than it was.
