Awful customer service, set appointment days in advance for a simple tree removal. On the day of the scheduled appointment after 3 calls (and several hours of waiting) to confirm the arrival time I finally get a call from a technician telling me they would have to reschedule for the next day. Against my better judgment I gave them the benefit of the doubt to only get the same treatment the following day. He had additional suggestions on how to achieve my specific goal of keeping the tree branches clear from the Pool without taking the tree down or damaging it.
