I paid overnight shipping and they mailed it late it got in a week later and was not what I needed I was gone at that point so when I got home they refused to work with me on a return or a swap.

Chase makes some of the best plate carriers and plates on the market. The amount of negative remarks and subjective opinions should not weigh your decision to trust them with your life. The first carrier I had from them stood up to the rigors of a seven month combat tour in Helmand Province in Afghanistan. I purchased the MEAC active shooter kit with level 4 plates and am very impressed. I’m a smaller guy, 5’9” and 145lbs, the adjustability and fit are spot on. Very comfortable and keeps the plates in position covering my vitals very well.
