We bought a new house with Chase and he was fantastic. Quick to respond, a straight-shooter, gives advice but doesn’t judge you if you don’t take it. We’ve bought two homes before meeting Chase and this was a smoother transaction with less B.S. or guilt for wanting to look at multiple homes, (which some other realtors give off that vibe!!!). I would recommend Chase if you’re on the market to buy or sell.

We would highly recommend using Chase as your realtor. He is and was a straight talker (tells it like it is so you don't have to guess what he really means), answered all of our questions, was prompt and efficient in communicating, offered advice when we asked for it, and made sure every detail was covered - even some details that we didn't think of that were kind of "between the lines." He also has a great photographer for your house pictures. Chase Spitzer is the best!

Best realtor I've ever used. Chase was 100% in tune with our wants/needs and was on top of the market so that we were able to move quickly on a house that was perfect for us. Super hardworking and competent guy who always does the right thing.
