Can’t recommend Chase enough! The no BS policy is truly the most up front easy process one can go through when selling a home! Chase is prompt, and will constantly give you updates. There is no step of the process you will never be in the dark on, and transparency is key in such a fast moving process! I can’t recommend enough for selling a home, and (even though he begged to work in buying a home with Chase out of state) we are certain buying is just as great.
Chase was extremely communicative from start to finish. I told my wife several times that he under promises and over delivers on every aspect of our transaction that went extremely smooth. Chase says he is the BS Free realtor and he is 100% honest. I would highly recommend Chase to represent every seller or buyer because he is hard working, well versed at his craft, very likable and extremely honest! This guy is the real deal!!!
Chase was excellent to work with and I’ll definitely use him in the future.
