Very caring staff! 🥰 Timely appointments, good selection of food and treats.
Horrendous front Reception staff. Literally always feel like you are a Massive interruption to their day. The Vets are great if you didn’t have to deal with the front desk EVER. They have lost our six pets because of the horrible customer service of the front end staff. Consider some training for them, not sure it would help.
They really get the right job done! They are not cheap but what Vet is? Pet insurance helps. Really shop and compare.
They put our beloved Coney down even though we had never been there before. All staff treated us with utmost dignity during our difficult time. Here is our Coney in happier times.
