I purchased a home with realtor, Shane Hamelin from this realty. He did not represent my best interest but instead represented the seller’s interest. He lied and engaged in unethical and negligent practices to sell me my home and made my first buying experience horrible. Avoid him and this Real Estate company at all cost. He shouldn’t be able to hold a real estate license. I contacted the owner about Shane’s unethical practices but he did absolutely nothing. I am sharing this to help others not go through what I have.

My fiancé and I bought our first home with the help of Margaret and Jay. They were so helpful, and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend hiring them, and we will be using them in the future.
Margaret and Jay are extremely professional and knowledgeable about the Hamilton and Ancaster market.
