This website is full of crap I've never been to Chase Park
I really honestly wouldn't recommend living here. There's a roach problem in my apartment, I've dealt with mold 2x since September. The apartments honestly cost a bit too much for what they are. Since new management took over in December, it's been a bit better but why are we charged a monthly pest fee if they never send someone out unless you ask? I will say new maintence is better but I would look elsewhere if I were you.
Before I move to where I’m at. I had problems and never got my deposit back. When I called nobody answered the phone.
