Chase Painting really came through for me putting a new stain color on a 3500 sqft 3 story Tahoe Donner home. Terry was there from the very beginning to help us pick the new colors, tested multiple variations on site, and patiently waited for the right weather window to do the work with this abnormally cold Spring. Terry and company did a great job on our staining this year. Very prompt and professional as usual.
Chase Painting was referred by our property manager. After several years of Tahoe weather our Northstar home needed some attention. I spoke with Terry and the process began. He was very helpful in explaining the different paint options and made several trips to the store to select the color and actually applied samples to the house. Incredibly professional, got the job done when promised. The staining of my house was done extremely well and with attention to detail. I have owned my house for 20 years and this was the best staining work I have had done. I got 5 quotes, and this was the best price as well. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Chase Painting.
