Chase Painting was referred by our property manager. After several years of Tahoe weather our Northstar home needed some attention. I spoke with Terry and the process began. He was very helpful in explaining the different paint options and made several trips to the store to select the color and actually applied samples to the house. Incredibly professional, got the job done when promised. The staining of my house was done extremely well and with attention to detail. I have owned my house for 20 years and this was the best staining work I have had done. I got 5 quotes, and this was the best price as well. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Chase Painting.
For those in the Truckee Tahoe area who are looking for a painting contractor, I highly recommend Chase Painting. This month, I had them restain my home after the harsh winters of the past two years. They were on time, carefully power washed all of the exterior, protected the windows and doors prior to spraying the new stain, and took the time to spread the stain evenly. Chase Painting crew did an amazing job on my house and fence! The attention to detail and consideration of impact to our daily life was exemplary!
My house is a 2-story, all wood house . The previous paint contractor had placed layer upon layer of the original stain. The house became darker and darker which was not what I liked. I spoke to Terry Peters about the issue and he explained that the house should be pressure washed and have a stain remover applied before staining and I had Terry and crew do that.
