For the amount we paid for the room I was pretty disappointed. The windows had to be propped open in order to keep them open. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. And check the fridge before you put anything in it because ours had mold growing in it. $800 for 2 nights is definitely way too much to have those type of issues.....especially mold in the fridge The view was extremely good. The food (even though it wasn't the full menu) was pretty good. Any of the staff that we came into contact were very friendly
Our family just returned from a 3 night stay. We arrived and upon check-in, were told that there was no power in the resort. I know that this is not the resort's fault, but in other places that I have stayed in, we have always received advanced notice (e.g., text messages) of any power outages so we were quite surprised and not pleased. So our family waited the power outage for a couple of hours, and luckily around 5:15 p.m. or so power resumed. This is our 4th time staying here. We usually get the lakeside family condo, but the pipes that burst months before we're getting fixed the time of our stay over 4th of July weekend, so they offered us a condo in building 2. The room was nice, just a couple of amenity suggestions: Need some lids for pot and pans and the toaster you have to hold the button down to cook, it doesn't stay down on its own, we did mention this at checkout.
