Ok I write like 1 review a year, so this means a lot! 😂 Mallory at the front is AMAZING. She is patient, helpful, and really advocated for me when I spoke to her over the phone. And Dr. Lavi is so kind and efficient! She made sure I was calm before my procedure and answered all of my questions. Thank y’all so much for making my experience a good one!
I had a great experience at Chase Oaks Dental. Dr. Shreya Patel did a wonderful job my root canal and extraction went very smoothly, and the treatment quality was excellent. pricing was really the best. Their price points were the best compared to other clinics; I couldn’t find anything this competitive elsewhere. Dr Lavanya was very professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The assistant like Bri and front office was friendly, caring, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The office was clean and well organized, and the visit went smoothly. I really appreciate the excellent care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental team.
It is disappointing that I feel the need to leave this review. I was employed at Dr. Lavi’s Plano (Chase Oaks) office for approximately one month, and during that time I experienced several issues that I believe are important to share. Throughout my employment, I consistently encountered difficulties receiving my pay in a timely manner.
