This is a great place to get targeted workout instruction. I don't fear lifting weights here because there's always someone here to make sure I'm doing the proper form and creating a balanced workout.
Had a hard workout here today. Nice facility, lots of equipment, great coaching. Will be back!
Great work out facility and just great guys that know their stuff! Highly recommend them if you want to get an amazing work out in, and learn how to improve yourself over all!
Took a class offered and learned a few things.
Jon’s knowledge and experience is unmatched. Workouts are fresh every time. A phenomenal community to be part of. All the coaches are extremely supportive & meet you where you are. Mindset training & physical training at the same time—both things everybody needs.
