Yesterday my mother and sister Samere Bey had a very bad experience @JP Morgan I been banking with chase for many years and my sister and I have a joint account together to think that a teller Cinthia Luna and Alicia Deloach would profile my mother and sister due to the amount of money that was deposit is very unacceptable. UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS WERE SUBMITTED TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. ALTHOUGH THE BANK RETURNED THEM I WAS STILL CHARGED THE RETURN FEE OF $72 DOLLARS. I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER AND ADVISED THEM THAT I HAD NOT AUTHORIZED THIS REQUEST TO BLOCK THE AGENCY THAT WAS DOING THIS. I WAS ADVISED IT WAS HARD TO REMOVE THE RETURN CHECK FEE (WHAT, WHY?) I WAS ADVISED TO GO INTO THE BANK BRANCH AND CHANGE MY CHECKING ACCOUNT.I WAS TRAINING OUT OF TOWN FOR A MONTH. Nice folks work in the branch. But they can't make up for bad leadership.Corporate culture dictates a company's ethos. In Chase's case, their corporate identity is one of disregard and contempt of their customers.I had a fairly minor issue with them. I had been depositing my daughter's tuition checks for about 18 months. Then, out of nowhere, a check was returned and I was advised to "...go to my local branch and request additional information."The details are really unimportant. Great bank
chase is a joke..I do not have a bank acct with them but my son does-I went to deposit $5 cash in his acct and they said no as it could be for money laundering. Yeah $5..then was told a money order would work. OK so I asked to get a money order - you have to have an acct to purchase a money order...OMG...what a rip off this bank is. Thank God i dont have an acct with Chase
