I opened an account there after receiving a promotion in the mail offering $300 after 6 months. I deposited the money and after 6 months the $300 was not deposited in my account. When I asked about it they said they screwed up and forgot to enter the promo code into the computer system so I would not be receiving any money. Even though I did everything correctly, they screw up so I pay. If you want to get ripped off put your money in Chase. If you want better rates and better customer service, I recommend BMO HARRIS.
Tellers are okay and the bankers don't put too much attention. last time I was there I had to close my accounts it took me 20 mins! Crazy!
