Chase Home Lending is the absolute worst ever!!! If you are considering using them.... DO NOT! I would use a loan shark before Chase. They are no help at all when it comes to a decesed persons loan and I think I figured out why... they would like nothing more than to steal your house out from under you.
Worst customer service! They don't know what they are talking about and the manager had me running around thinking I could accomplish DEPOSITING money but was constantly met with some ridiculous hold on a cashiers check and they won't accept cash. Go to CAPITAL ONE. They are friendly and actually want to help. Chase employees have a script "I understand, but there is nothing I can do" well there is something you can do close MY account!
