Let me tell you about my experience with Chase Bank (Colonies Crossroads). I apparently was put into some sort of account years ago. I tried to close a line of credit with Chase. So it appears that even though I was told the account was closed, I find out years later that it was not closed. It is "inactive". Same thing? No, it is not.
