Do never get home loans with Chase. Our experience was horrible and we ended up losing the deposit and losing our dream house. They never answer the phone, they always take a long time to get back to us, and when they get back it’s 2 days or more after you contact them. We had a great relationship with the bank but now we are very disappointed with their service. They said “sorry” for all that happened and never took any responsibility for what we lost.
We love the staff at Chase! All the bankers and staff there are extremely personable and friendly! Especially the manager! The only bad remark is if your looking for a mortgage do not see Elliott Toney, he is not a mortgage broker he is a mortgage banker, was extremely rude and never gets back to you.
