On Tuesday, February 10, my husband and I went to this headquarters to open 3 accounts (one legal and two checks). Which previously we had an appointment at 2:30 pm and we arrived at 2:20 pm we waited more than 20 minutes and we had to leave. The person who was going to attend us attended to another person taking our shift. I think it's a lack of respect for one as a customer and the valuable time they are in this country. We will definitely not return to this venue.
