WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK-- only two tellers on a friday I always need to make quick deposits in the bank so that i can continue out my day to do other things, but i can't because there are always only two tellers in the bank! i've had patience for way too long but now i'm speaking out. it would make a lot more sense to have at least FIVE TELLERS ON A FRIDAY!!
contact branch Today I tried calling the branch at 2:15 p.m. The automated phone system sends you on a wild-goose chase before you can get to an operator. After 10 minutes of waiting for an operator, my update said that representatives are busy and for me to keep waiting. I hung up the phone at 2:34 p.m. No one should be waiting to speak with someone in the banking institution for such a long time. I'm in Maryland and trying to get to someone in Conyers, GA is ridiculous. All I want to know is where do I mail my loan payment... read more
