Seemingly incompetent. Don’t you know how to verify your own Credit Card Application *fax number* for verification through an *internal directory*? How come it takes 20 mins to send a god damn fax? Every time I come in this location, everyone looks confused. I opened an account online (which I’m sure date of opening can be verified) and I obviously didn’t received any temp checks and I visited this location for at least 1 page and I get charged. Ridiculous. It was a mistake!
