Worst experience yet at this branch. I came in to drop off deposits and a change order as I usually do. I was greeted by a gentleman who was very polite and asked to help me. I told him I was dropping off some deposits and the employee next to him said "I'll do it" in a tone that was making it seem like I was causing some kind of problem. I was never even acknowledged by her either. She then asked me to wait in the lobby because it would take a while. I've never been asked to wait in the lobby while I had my deposits made. Worst service and the manager made the worst mistake.... how are u a manager but yet you manage to deposit my check in someone elses account when u had my debit card .....now i have to wait on my money to be returned to my account and have to go to the branch to make it happen.....thanks for nothing should have just gone to my regular chase branch....if i could rate this in the negatives i would
