Worse customer services ever guy works there Amir waited me 1hour and then after hours Ask me to have 2 IDs giving wrong information wasting people time that all they can do good work guys
Staff are not friendly, not helpful but the manager is Awesome and very professional. If you are planing to make a deposit, be ready for a bad attitude for disturbing their personal conversations!! Just do yourself a favor and go couple blocks to Steinway and Broadway to get a better service.
