I banked with chase for years and was never easy. Suddenly it started to get harder due to management or policy changes. Went to canvas credit union and life has been so easy. Its nice to be treated like a valued customer. Had to deal with chase this branch will lie to you and do what ever they can to not help you if you dont have an account with them. I will no longer accept any form of payment if it has chase bank on it. What a terrible bank!
