Just stopped at this location. Both ATMs were broken. Couldn’t deposit anything could hear people talking on the other side of the wall of the ATMs. You should at least have one functioning ATM.
Great Customer Service and there’s never a long wait
Pathetic bank location(Old Road, Stevenson Ranch) with 0 client satisfaction. I scheduled an in-person appointment to get my wife added to my account and the banker was out for lunch and didn’t even show up for the appointment. I asked to speak with Branch manager and was told he is out on vacation, I asked for his business card and they didn’t even have that. I was told that branch manager call me, dont know when and even if he is indeed the branch manager, ridiculous!
