What a terrible, dishonest customer service! I been customer since Washington Mutual Bank, at least for 20 plus years regular customer. This brunch is not great, compared to other ones in SCV. Vanessa Escobar was helping me last week was short and rude, did not wanted to help me thoroughly with details of my bills. On exchange shortened me few bucks, when I pointed to that, she put into machine and did not even apologize that she was short and kept my money. Just stopped at this location. Both ATMs were broken. Couldn’t deposit anything could hear people talking on the other side of the wall of the ATMs. You should at least have one functioning ATM.
