I'm not a huge fan of Chase Mortgage, at least not this branch. Anita is the "senior" banker and seems content to do as little as possible. I have never had an issue with the tellers and most of the other "bankers" are helpful too. But if you are in need of services for your home loan, I would suggest going to another banking location or another bank altogether because Anita moonlights at other branches.
