Kristy the banker associate had a very off putting attitude . She was rude when I interrupted her while asking a question and very quickly became what I would call belligerent. When I asked her name she rudely asked me if I needed a manager which I proceeded to tell her I didn’t just wanted to know her name. I wished her a God Bless and ran out of miserable bank

This bank has never let me down Just the other day i stopped by to bring my banker some coffe from Starbucks and she gave me a huge hug. The old reviews about this place having horrible service are out of date.
Terrible customer service. It took us a half hour of waiting to cash a check from a chase account, plus charging $8. The absolute worst experience, involving assistant managers and managers. Such Incompetence and ambivalence towards my experience.
