The bank in general is good, with one little exception - there is this young short russian guy who is VERY VERY VERY unpleasant. They should keep him in the back with his obnoxious mouth taped; instead, they put him in the front there he is enjoying being rude. He acts like he is above everybody and like he is doing you a great favor talking to you. Looks like a Napoleon complex. He's notary public there.
