when it comes to this specific chase branch I can say that im VERY VERY disappointed ! I recently had my Amazon account hacked, the charges were tied to my chase bank card. There were daily charges of more than $200.00. I called the fraud department 5 times, spoke to representatives in the Philippines with different understanding of the English language. Five calls- I asked to have the card cancelled FIVE TIMES. Every morning when I woke up, more items were ordered. FIVE CALLS, FIVE REQUESTS!! Still not resolved!! Crappy company with no customer service and representatives who do not speak English. I'm so very disappointed with the El Paso Chase Bank on Alameda, and their bankers there. Manny Panngasiri has never had the curtesy of returning my call since I first dealt with him in May and was told he'd call me by the end of the week. Here we are late June and still not one phone call ever returned after leaving numerous messages. Customer Service does not exist here with the bankers!

The chase ATM on Ballinger couldn't dispense money yesterday, it's apparently as broke as the rest of us. So I had to use a non-chase ATM. I just called customer service and got passed back and forth between departments. Then they said they would not refund the 2.95 I was charged by the company who owns the ATM and the chase charge hadn't come through yet, so they wouldn't reverse that either. Working with Michael Salata and Nick Stangelo at the Wadsworth branch has been a wonderful experience for my husband and me. They are knowledgeable, personable and attentive. Those who work at the counter are also very friendly and service oriented. Thank you!
We were at this branch on April 18, 2026. There was a quite a long line already when we arrived, but it didn't take too long at all. The teller, Madison, was efficient and kept the line moving quickly. Madison also assisted us with additional information. Lots of thanks to the great service!
