Was out of town with my family when my our tire blew out. Went to Walmart to purchase 4 new tires and my husband s card was declined. After using another debit card from another bank to purchase the tires we called Chase to find out what the issue was and they said that it was because the card was blocked because of fraud prevention. And that we had to verify 3 transactions before they would remove the block. Great customer service!!!! Employees go out of their way to provide, fast, efficient, effective service. The reward debit card is a huge plus!!!!!!
Beware. Goofey rules with this joint. They make em up as they go along. Friendly but if you make a deposit into your checking account be prepared to wait to get credit.
Called to ask questions and could give me an answer and didnt try to forward me to anyone that could answer me questions. Ill stay with a smaller more personal bank.
