This location has horrible customer service and may be practicing profiling of their customers. I tried to cash a check from TransAmerica (401k company) however because the amount was over $5k, a Manager stated back office needed to be called. Mind you, the check is through Chase (which was verified) and I have cashed other checks before from the same company with no problem. Needless to say I went to another branch and was able to cash it without any problems. Definitely won’t step foot in this location.
