My husband and I went in to this branch to open a joint checking and savings account together after getting married and combining finances. The account manager was insanely disrespectful, speaking only directly to my husband and not making eye contact with me no matter the amount of engagement I attempted. My husband of course noticed because it was blatantly obvious his complete disregard of my presence, and tried to see if he would engage with me if he stopped making eye contact with him. He did not. The reason I hate banks... a 10 dollar fee to cash a 150 dollar check.
I was assisted by Paris to open a new account and she was wonderful! They have the sweetest and most welcoming staff I’ve ever encountered in a bank. My appointment started on time and I was helped with many options that worked best for me. I absolutely recommend coming here
They do not protect you for scamming companys. Try a credit union. Have had better luck.
