Ordered Sunday afternoon and delivered Tuesday morning, I ordered a rear 12x6 plate for my Mazda really good quality, will be ordering a show plate from these guys again
Ordered a 6” x 2” motorcycle plate with a black border, the border wasn’t even straight, at the end of the day they have 1 job, make plates. And they can’t even do that 😂. Sent them an email and they said return for refund, I don’t understand what good it is to them for me to send the plate back with my reg on it, why couldn’t they just send me 1 out that’s straight, sent them an email explaining this and didn’t hear back. USELESS
Unfortunately I have nothing good to say. 14th May First set of plates arrived damaged. Two days after I emailed them I’m told to return them and I will receive a replacement set and a refund for the postage, no apology. I send proof of sending but they waited to receive the damaged set before sending replacements. 23rd May the replacement plates arrived damaged again. Very poor QC - arrived with a jagged edge which was filed down to save hassle of returning, etc. Non-existent customer service - no redress offered other than returning for a refund which was inconvenient. Postage excessive too.
Have always used Chase Lane plates to get my plates, always a great experience, fast polite and well priced!
