I couldn't be happier with the service I received at chase lane plates. A man called Elliot served me and he was incredibly friendly and efficient and clearly knows his stuff guiding me through the options making it easy to choose the perfect style for my car. The plates themselves are flawless and a very good quality, they were made quickly and fitted perfectly with no hassle at all. Thanks so much again, I would give you 10 stars if I could
If you like mis aligned classic plates (raised and riveted) that have had the holes butchered out of line, with a poor “chipped” paint job, a much delayed delivery, with barely any communication from start to finish and promises of rectification / call backs from managers to discuss…. Then this is the company for you!!
I wanted to support a local business as I had seen advertisements for them around Gloucester. However during our visit today we waited for 20 minutes in front of the desk and rang the assistance bell 3 times, yet nobody came to help with our enquiry, despite hearing several employees and seeing one worker walk past us. It is very upsetting that because of their poor customer service I’ll have to resort to using an online seller Do better Chase Lane Plates.
Needed front and rear plates quickly as I'd changed the registration from private back to original. The service was excellent and very fast. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks
Great quality plate at a good price too. Fast delivery and well packaged. They also sell unusual shape plates for the rear of your car. I purchased my Aston Martin DB9 plate which is not a standard plate.
