Dr. Chase is an extremely knowledgeable orthodontist. He also is one of the kindest men I know. He is such a positive person and so pleasant to be around. I wore braces as an adult (in my 30's). Not really an easy thing to do and his support throughout the process was fantastic. When my children were ready for braces, it was obvious that we would use Dr. Chase for both of them. Dr. Chase is very good at what he does! I got the invisalign treatment and could not be happier with how my teeth turned out! Dr. Chase made sure I was happy with the results at all times. The cost was cheaper than other orthodontists around the area. His staff are the friendliest, down- to- earth people you'll meet! Highly recommended!!!!!!

The office staff never lets you book emergency appointments. Most of the time you are being rushed out the door. I'm always waiting 30+ min for every appointment. The worst thing is I have spent over $8,000 and my teeth are not even straight. My overbite didn't change. I wish I could go back in time and not get this done. The first year everyone was nice, but if you are in braces still after you have finished paying, they don't care about you anymore.
Wonderful customer service! I recently took my child for a consultation as well as the beginning of her treatment. Everyone who works in the office is pleasant and conforting to a nervous child and very accommodating. After having the braces on, Dr. Chase called my home the next evening to check on how things were going.
