I have been with Chase Insurance Group for the past 10 years. Chase and the staff are great. They take care of your needs and get things done quickly and efficiently. They are friendly, caring, and handles any policies with care, promptly and professionally. I highly recommend.
We visited this agency to transfer policies on October 20, 2025 and were told that the principal would call us after some pending business. We left our phone number and policy numbers but never heard from anyone again. Not the way we want to do business! (ADDED TO AGENCY RESPONSE) No WE didn't misunderstand a thing. A woman named Christina said that the owner would call us which he never did... Period!. Please don't push your poor business practices back onto us.
