Chase Hospitality is a great company to work for. I've been at my property with them for going on 3 years and I've had no issues. Anytime we need anything they're quick to respond and take care of us. Management is respectful and takes care of their hotels and staff. The owners are very kind and any interaction I have had with them has always been pleasant.
I have worked for Chase Hospitality for almost 5 years now. I personally appreciate the opportunity I was given and the growth that has come with the years in management. The owners are very generous and care about their products. The property I manage is in immaculate condition due to the fact they invest in their product and management. Bad leadership corporate is a joke you don’t want to work for these people Alex and Cindy are ruin and will use bad language when they call you and they believe that is ok Alex is the regional director and will talk to you like he your daddy I’m not the one too talk to like that you are a coward for always talking to me on the phone but you would ever got in my face your feelings would been hurt you did right fire me thank you

This is the worst company to do business and work for. The General Manager at the Fairfield in Arlington, Cristina Gonzalez complete a lot fraudulent transactions with guest taxes and even employees relationships programs. They missed treat employees and she even advised non-authorized people to buy false documents to work for her. Stay away from this company specially Cristina, she belong in jail.
