My experience with Venus Cheng and Chase Realty was extremely disappointing. After completing the application process, being approved, signing the lease documents they provided, and receiving wire instructions for payment, I had every reason to believe the apartment was mine. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience. We relied on this company to assist with placing a tenant, with the understanding that the applicant had been properly screened. However, it later became clear that their process consisted solely of providing a third-party screening report, with no independent verification of income, employment, or prior landlord references.
