Very frustrating and unprofessional experience. We relied on this company to assist with placing a tenant, with the understanding that the applicant had been properly screened. However, it later became clear that their process consisted solely of providing a third-party screening report, with no independent verification of income, employment, or prior landlord references. They do no answer multiple phone calls, seems like this place doesn't exist anymore...
