Very disrespectful employees, encountered two disrespectful employees today wouldn’t recommend anyone doing business here. Today I went to acquire products when I was insulted and dismissed in regard to my inquiry. When asked for my name the receptionist confronted me saying “what is your frickin name” the staff is severely undertrained and unprofessional in the customer service field.

Came home one day to my viral wavy mirror shattered to pieces and after a long cleanup, I was able to preserve the frame and backing of the original mirror. I was actually on my way to another glass repair place when I called around and found Chase Glass much closer to me. Brought my frame in and within 10 minutes of calling I was taken care of. 2-3 hours later walked out with a beautiful upgrade.
